2012 Class Schedule
(Subject to change - Check schedule online to verify and reserve)

Level 1 (L1) has a slower pace with additional instruction.

Level 2 (L2) has a quicker pace and more reps.
Mixed Classes are a combination of Levels 1 and 2.  Levels 1 & 2 may attend Mixed Classes
Students must have completed 10 classes to enter Level 2.

PRICING

There are two ways to sign up for a membership: 1) Buy online with one lump sum, or 2) sign up in person in Hermosa for the monthly auto-pay program.

NEW CLIENTS

New clients must fill out the new student form prior to classes. Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete the information, or download the form now, fill it out and bring it with you.

$100 New Client Special — Jumpstart your exercise routine with unlimited access to classes for 30 days! This package is for exclusive use at the Bar Method Hermosa location and is only available to clients who are new to any Bar Method.

How to sign up?

1. Click here to begin.
2. Select and purchase a single class at the "class drop-in rate".
3. Follow the steps to create an online account.
4. Reserve a class, up to a week in advance.
5. At the beginning or end of your first class, you will have the option to buy the $100 special, with your first class included. This will be your one chance to take advantage of this incredible unlimited 30-day new client special, so don't miss out on this opportunity!

Studio Policy:

Refunds: No refunds will be given for classes after seven days of purchase.

Class Reservations: Online reservations and phone reservations will only be honored before the class begins. Class space will be given up to anyone on the wait list at the start of the class.

Expirations: Class courses expire one year after purchase. Unlimited courses expire 30 days after activation.

Latecomers to Class: First-time students must fill out our questionnaire and hang from the stall bar before class begins and may not enter a class after it has commenced.  Returning students may enter an ongoing (up to, but not after, 10 minutes into class) class if they lift their knees 50 times before the start of thigh-work.

Drinks: Please do not bring glass or uncapped drinks into the exercise studios. Capped plastic water bottles with caps are allowed.

Socks and Dress: Please wear socks or slippers and leggings or sweat pants that cover your knees while exercising. Socks are now available for $10.00 at the front desk.

Cell Phones: Please do not bring cell phones into the exercise rooms. You may ask the front desk manager to keep your phone for you during class.

Gum: Please do not chew gum in the studio or in class.

Pregnant Students: If you are an existing student and become pregnant, please bring us a note from your doctor permitting you to exercise. Refer to “Moms to be” for detailed information. No first-time students who are pregnant.

Towels: Please bring towels if needed.

Auto-Pay Cancellation: Auto-Pay memberships can be cancelled for moving or medical conditions only. The studio needs a 1-month notice to cancel all auto-pays. If a cancellation is done for any other reason, we will be charging the difference per month as though the special was not purchased.

Package Freezing: We offer a 1-time complimentary freeze per package for a max of 14 days. No exceptions.

PARKING

We are across the street from a parking structure on 13th street. There is also metered street parking available.

RESERVATION POLICY

You may reserve online up to a week in advance. In order to reserve online, a positive account is required (note, classes can be purchased online). If you try to sign-up for a class and are put on the wait list, you will be notified via email if you are put into the class. You may call the studio at any time prior to the start of class to check your wait list status if you do not have automatic email access.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel online or by phone up to an hour before the start of class with no charge. If you do not cancel, you will be charged for class (note, clients with unlimited packages will lose 1 day for each no-show).
